Using Appointment Scheduler

Clicking Make Appointment button throughout the website will take you to River Dentistry's Patient Portal and launch our new Online Appointment Scheduler. The scheduler syncs directly with our practice management software and our schedule. This means that you see our actual schedule when making your appointment, which helps to avoid some back-and-forth emails.

To make your appointment:

• Choose whether you are a new or existing patient. If you are an existing patient, verify your personal information.
• Confirm that the patient is 18 years or older.
• Select a reason for your appointment or promo code.
• Select provider, date, and time for your appointment.
• If you are a new patient, enter your personal information.
• Verify your identity and you are done. You will receive an email confirmation of your appointment.

If you are an existing patient but your information has not been updated and the system cannot find you, please choose the new patient option in order to proceed.

If the patient is younger than 18 years of age, you may need to schedule this appointment offline and/or enter parent or guardian contact information as well as provide a minor treatment consent from the parent or guardian.

We strive to be a paperless office. After scheduling your appointment, please fill out all required new patient or existing patient forms online prior to your appointment. You also need to fill out all appropriate consent forms for every dental treatment you will receive during your appointment. Doing so online prior to your appointment will save both trees and your time.
